Franchise Business Review recently named Ram Jack number 30 in franchise satisfaction among brands with 50-99 locations in the 2013 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. Thousands of franchise owners are surveyed every year by Franchise Business Review (FBR). Providing customer satisfaction to both homeowners and our franchisees is our goal and being recognized for this award is a great honor. FBR releases a Top Franchise Guide in March which averages 20,000 views. The guide will be released and distributed at events in April and will also be available for download on the FBR website.
Doing the FBR survey also gives a franchise an opportunity to find out what the needs and wants are of their franchisees. A third-party survey gives the franchisees the opportunity to let the company know what their concerns are anonymously. Some of the question categories on the survey include: market information, training and support, franchise system, leadership, core values, franchisee community, self-evaluation, financial opportunity, general satisfaction, and business lifestyle.
