Intermountain Foundation Repair, Inc. is owned and operated by Paul Carter who is a registered civil engineer in Utah and a registered civil and geotechnical engineer in California.
We have offered the highest quality foundation repair, concrete lifting (slab jacking) and waterproofing services to residents of Utah and Southern Nevada since we started in 2002. All of our project supervisors have been trained and passed the Ram Jack service and installation review and exam.

Paul Carter, General Manager / Engineer / Owner
As mentioned above Paul is a registered civil engineer in Utah and a registered civil and geotechnical engineer in California who has over 25 years of experience in foundation repair. Paul’s engineering background uniquely qualifies him to provide the safest and soundest solutions to any foundation problem. Paul is often asked to be an expert witness in court for foundation failure cases because of his training and background as a licensed engineer and contractor. Paul spends a great amount of time working directly with clients and in passing off his engineering training and rich experience to his staff to ensure that every job is done right.
DeAnn, Office Manager
DeAnn dots every ‘i’ and crosses every ‘t’ to ensure that every client’s needs are met and that their project is done quickly and on time. She runs a tight ship and is a vital member of our team.
Lloyd, Project Supervisor
Lloyd has spent most of his career in the construction industry. His broad construction background is a great asset to Intermountain Foundation Repair and is the qualifier for our general contractors license in Utah. Lloyd is the project supervisor/coordinator for the Northern Utah area. We also rely on his diverse experience to evaluate and develop solutions for difficult projects.
Brian, Foundation Repair Consultant / Sales Manager
Brian has been involved in the home improvement industry for over 16 years. His extensive background makes him an excellent consultant and able to evaluate and discern the needs of our clients. Brian is the sales manager for Intermountain Foundation Repair and and our full time Foundation Repair Consultant for the northern Utah area.
