Crack Repair

Carbon fiber kevlar straps

Carbon Fiber has proven to be incredibly effective in reinforcing concrete. Ram Jack regularly uses the Fortress Grid Strap (and similar products) to create a conformed, secure seal over cracks on residential properties.

Carbon fiber wrapping

Similar to the straps described above, a carbon fiber wrap is an excellent option to remedy certain cracks that occur in foundation or basement walls. This material is a lightweight and easily conforms to the shape of the cracked concrete.

Compaction grouting

When soil settles, it leaves potentially hazardous density irregularities beneath your home. One solution is compaction grouting: the systematic injection of a cement grout mixture under your home to re-establish stability.

Epoxy injection

Because of its high bond strength, structural epoxy is used to essentially weld two pieces of concrete together along a crack. Ram Jack professionals use gravity fed and paste-over injections to seal cracks and prevent them from getting worse.

Polyurethane foam injection

Polyurethane foam injection can be an effective way to fight erosion beneath concrete slabs. After drilling small holes through the concrete, the foam is injected to create a more stable and uniform surface underneath the slabs.

Carbon Fiber Countersunk Staples - Fortress

Carbon Fiber Countersunk Staples are five to ten times stronger than steel! Installed along with the epoxy crack injection, you can be confident that the crack will not be reopened by creeping of the slab or stem wall.
