When Ram Jack of Louisville received our latest Better Business Bureau rating (A) this year, it came with a kind note from the local president stating it would be difficult to have gotten a better rating than ours and praising our record. We are so proud of the people who work for us and with us and grateful to our customers who have been such a blessing to work with. We appreciate them and owe our excellent rating to them.
