If Ram Jack comes out to repair issues in your foundation, typically a permit is required. Once we examine the property, we will create a repair plan and send it to a third party engineer to review and approve. Once the engineer reviews the repair plan they will stamp it which will allow us to pull the permit. If the property owner wants the Engineer to do a final inspection then the engineer will stop by the job and review the repairs that have been made. They will then write up a final report for the property owner.
