Ram Jack West is looking for a motivated Crew Support member to assist in both helical and push pile installations. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to: Loading trucks with equipment and product, driving to job sites, digging of holes, installation of piles, clean up of landscape, use of power tools, and polite communication with customers.

Skills & Requirements

  • Drivers License.
  • Overnight travel and stay.
  • Perform physical labor.
  • Unrestricted lifting ability.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Construction and or deep pile driving experience is a plus.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.

Responsible for overall, day to day oversight of Production Crew, producing work according to Ram Jack systems standards, meeting production goals set by Production Manager. Assists Production Manager with hiring and training crew personnel.
Sets the start time for Production Crew, assigns tasks to crew members in warehouse and/or on job site. Ensures Production Crew has all necessary materials and equipment prior to leaving for job site, and that all materials, tools, etc., are picked up and returned to warehouse when job is completed.

Responsible for overall production of jobs, start to finish. Ensures job is produced according to plan and that all standards/guidelines/safety rules/regulations are met, on the job, on Ram Jack premises, and when traveling to and from job site.
Responsible for completion of accurate paperwork when jobs are completed, and that paperwork is turned in timely according to deadlines set by Production Manager. Responsible for signing off on time sheets, ensuring accuracy. Maintains accurate expense reports when out of town, turning such reports in according to set deadlines along with any receipts required for the expense report or reimbursements. Responsible for reporting and documenting all work site and vehicle accidents.
Responsible for maintaining company vehicles and equipment, schedule maintenance through Production Manager. Held accountable for ensuring maintenance is performed.
Maintains appropriate levels of supplies in the warehouse, providing a supply list on a weekly basis. Production Manager and Crew Supervisor will work together and determine who will purchase/order job site supplies and maintenance supplies. Maintains a weekly/monthly inventory of all piling/grout materials in the warehouse and report inventory levels to Production Manager.
