The Journal of Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering recently published the latest report presenting the results of a series of large-scale shake table tests. Ram Jack participated in the study to evaluate the application of helical piles to reduce liquefaction-induced foundation settlement and investigate their seismic performance in liquefiable grounds. The study used two large-scale shake table tests, one using Ram Jack's Helical Piles and one without mitigation at the University of California, San Diego. The foundation supported by Helical Piles underwent almost no differential settlement.
