At Ram Jack we know it’s important that our employees stay up-to-date on training to provide the best foundation solutions to our customers. Every year we hold a regional meeting to provide employees with training in a variety of different areas. Our regional meeting this year was held at Ram Jack Solid Foundations in High Springs, FL on Nov. 7th and 8th. Topics covered at the meeting included: Production & Hydraulics, Sales Presentation, Office Procedures, Demo House Installation Process, Bracket Overview, Marketing, and Managing Your Sales Team.
