Ram Jack is hiring responsible, hard-working crew hands to assist in the installation of foundation repair solutions for both residential and commercial jobs. This position requires being able to work outdoors, physical labor, customer services skills and safely leading a work crew in foundation repair. Fleet and Facilities Manager - Charlotte, NC

DEFINITION

Plans, organizes, and manages the operation of the Fleet/Facilities and inventory branch of the Operations & Maintenance Division: Responsible for planning and directing the maintenance and repair of Ram Jack fleet vehicles, equipment, and building maintenance for assigned Ram Jack facilities.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED

General direction is provided by the Production Manager, Operations & Maintenance. Responsibilities include direct supervision of equipment maintenance and facility maintenance personnel.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Plan, organize, direct, and review the operations and activities of the Fleet and Facilities Division. Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and priorities. Manage and coordinate the purchase, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of the Ram Jack vehicle fleet. Manage the facility maintenance program for Ram Jack: Responsible to expedite by way of receive in and load out of all production vehicles as required, ensuring of the inventory control measures established. Plan, organize, and direct the servicing and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Ensure equipment meets operating and safety standards. Maintain computerized maintenance record keeping system. With regular and consistent attendance.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Maintain an inventory of materials and supplies for the shop and facilities. Continually upgrade facilities maintenance program and polices. Prepare and oversee the on-going preventative maintenance and repair program for the facilities. Provide contract administration input on all building remodel and construction projects, including all phases from planning to project construction. Advise Project Manager and accounting departments regarding equipment purchases, rental rates, equipment utilization, and operator training. Oversee Ram Jack contracts for pest control, HVAC services, janitorial and other contracted building maintenance services. Participate in budget preparation and administration. Core responsibilities

The responsibilities of the selected person, as a leader and manager of a Ram Jack franchise, includes the implementation of all business facets learnt in training and supported by ongoing corporate coaching, as such is responsible for:

  • Performing all duties required to successfully operate a Ram Jack business, such as: sales, product installation and possibly construction, including administrative functions, such as accounts payable, basic payroll and human resources.
  • Managing the overall operational, budgetary, and financial processes of the franchise, ensuring the required financial performance is achieved as set out in the company business plan, with ability to proactively take appropriate and corrective action if business goals are not achieved while informing and coordinating with the Corporate Chief Financial Officer.

Working Crew Supervisor - Wareham, MA

Supervisor/Driver/Operator (New England Region)

Compensation: $800-$1400/week plus sign on bonus.

The Working Crew Supervisor is responsible for overall day to day management of labor crew including but not limited to Driving 1-2-ton truck with 24’ trailer, product installations and repairs, maintain material inventory and supply orders, completing all job paperwork. This is a physical working position requiring heavy lifting, occasional overnight/out of state travel and daily in-state travel.
