Darin began working on a Ram Jack installation crew as a teenager while going to school to become a professional engineer. Couple his degree with the 20-plus years he’s worked in the industry, and you get a piling engineer with unparalleled experience.

Mike Pinley 
Mike has been with Ram Jack since the beginning, molding manufacturing methods into streamlined events. Others have attempted to replicate Mike’s efforts but have fallen short.

Ivan Matthews 
As general manager of Ram Jack Systems Distribution, Ivan demands the highest of standards from all Ram Jack locations, bringing high-quality services to every foundation.

 

Steve Gregory: Ram Jack started as the vision of this man. Steve founded Ram Jack in the early ‘80s, developing and maintaining a unique atmosphere that inspires those around him to have a true passion for the work. 
Darren Gregory: Son of Steve, Darren has more than kept the torch burning, constantly improving and developing new systems. These new systems have revolutionized the way foundation repair is conducted today by nearly every repair company.

Bill Gregory: The origin of Ram Jack begins with Bill Gregory, who started the family operation in 1968 in the little town of Ada, Oklahoma. From that humble beginning, the business has grown to Ram Jack Foundation Solutions, an international enterprise. The stewardship has been directed by Steven Gregory, Bill’s son, then to Darren Gregory, Steve’s son, and the fourth generation is growing through the ranks, Bill’s great-grandsons, Randon and Rainer Gregory.
