Bethany Boardwalk

The original job description seemed pretty ordinary: construct a boardwalk supported by helical piers in the Bethany Beach, Delaware area, connecting the beach to the saltpond, so nature lovers could enjoy areas of the park previously inaccessible to humans.

Eagle Crest Apartments

EAGLE CREST is a group of multi-family properties located in North Irving, Texas. The property is approximately twenty years old and still in good enough shape to be rated as a strong ‘B’ rated property.

Field Brook

Jim Roberson, Ram Jack in Dallas/Fort Worth was originally called in to inspect a three story apartment structure in October 2005. At that time, the building had settled four and one-half inches on one end. Jim noted large cracks in the exterior brickwork as well as noticeable sloping of the floors.

HDR of Phoenix

In early 2007, Arizona Ram Jack was contracted by the construction company named HDR to provide the foundations for infrastructures that would support and maintain a 4 million gallon underground water storage tank. This tank will provide the water supply for the development being done by one of Arizona's indian nations.

Ohio-Vineyard Church

The church needed to expand but could not increase their geographic “footprint”; therefore a one story building had to be removed to make room for a multi-story structure.
